My Approach

I provide a holistic approach to therapy, for every part of us is uniquely interconnected: our thoughts, behaviors and our energy. What I find to be most important in life is the authentic journey we create for ourselves. When we are brave enough to know our true selves, I believe we are then ready to seek healing.

Much of my therapeutic framework has been centered from an existential background. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness for depression and anxiety relief.

For an individual to feel whole, one must first heal the relationship that one has with one's self. This in turn will nurture our ability to self-love, self-forgive, and in time find peace. We then have the space within ourselves and in our lives to create the path that was meant for us all along. It is very important for me to provide you with a safe and trusting environment where you can speak openly and feel heard.

Therapy is a rare and personal experience and needs to be tailored to each individual. I want you to know that you are unique and you deserve a safe place to uncover your truths. Together we will explore your past and your present in order to create positive life goals for your growth and future. You are the most important part of this process and your voice will be heard. I want you to feel empowered after leaving your therapy sessions knowing you can find relief, comfort and joy again.
